The system in Meat Alley is amazing. You order your meat, onions and chiles from the vendors and they stick it on their grill. Chiles and meat live on top of the grill...

While the onions sit on the smoldering wood.

Don't forget the goodies!

When it arrives at your table in a paper lined basket it's smells like magic and tastes even better.

If you're looking for a fork and knife, good luck. Where Ethiopian's use injera, Meat Alley uses tortillas. It's hands-on and family style all the way.

Everyone is happy on meat Monday...

We devoured our kilos and missed them immediately.

Dessert anyone?

Food pictures . . . mmm . . . my favorite . . .
Damn that looks bloody good. Lovely tacos like that might make a killer out of an otherwise harmless herbivore.
Well then, you've just made me hungry!
